A variety of grocery stores within 10 minutes are Publix, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Aldi, and Seed to Table.
Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that they can repair or replace the damaged item. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. This is a self-check-in property, and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.
