The property features a fully equipped kitchen, a fenced backyard with a deck, and a washer and dryer for a home-like stay. Located just outside Midtown, you are minutes away from restaurants, groceries, and less than five miles from downtown.
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad into the living room, with the dining room and full kitchen to your right. The living room is complete with a queen sofa bed and a large Smart TV. The dining space and kitchen offer all essential kitchen items and a beautiful handmade farm table. Behind the living room is the first bedroom, furnished with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combination is on your left, and the washer and dryer are on your right. Straight ahead is the second bedroom with a queen bed. Down the hall to the left of the living room are the third and fourth bedrooms and the second full bathroom. Bedroom three is furnished with a queen bed and a sitting area, while bedroom four has two queen beds and a Smart TV. The second full bath separates these two rooms and features a shower/tub combination. Outside, there is a large fenced yard, deck, patio furniture, and a grill available for use. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This home is located in Dauphin Acres, just outside of Midtown, across the street from Denton Park. Conveniently situated between Spring Hill Dr. and Government Blvd, you will have easy access to everything. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in, and you will have full and private access to the home. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, and we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without eligibility for any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and other events are permitted only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
