This is a three bedroom (plus one bonus room), one bathroom house with water views in Norway. The eat-in kitchen is setup with an oven/range, refrigerator, and microwave. Off the kitchen is the first of two living rooms, this one with plenty of room for seating and an electric fireplace. In the front of the house is the second living room. Beside the front living room is a second dining area. Along the front of the house is a three-season room, with plenty of glass to enjoy the lake view and screens to enjoy the lake breeze in the warmer months. Also on the first floor is a laundry closet with washer and dryer and the full bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.
On the second floor are the three "plus" bedrooms. The front bedroom is spacious with a lake views. The second bedroom is a two-room suite that could fit two queen-sized beds. The third bedroom is in the back of the house.
Outside, there is a deck and plenty of available parking. Swimming and sitting on the owner's dock across the road is allowed. The home is minutes from the shops and restaurants of downtown Norway and South Paris and five minutes from Stephen's Memorial Hospital. It is roughly thirty minutes from the skiing at Pleasant Mountain and Mt. Abram, as well as forty minutes from Sunday River. It is an hour from Portland, twenty minutes from Bridgton and three hours from Boston.
Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. Security deposit is equal to one month rent. The driveway is shared with a home and business that is in the rear of the house.
