Please refrain from closing the main unit door unless you are occupying both sides of the property, as closing the door may allow a neighbor to enter their room too easily. Smoking of tobacco, marijuana, and vaping is strictly prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. Pets are not permitted as per building regulation.
