The building has a four season porch for reading a book, watching television or a family visit. A laundry room (coin op) is on the premises for convenience and tenants can even opt to use the rehab facility's dining hall. There is a gazebo on the grounds with plenty of areas and space to walk and socialize. Limited extra storage for the tenant is also provided onsite. Nestled near the Uncanoonuc Mountains gives this facility a unique, serene and quiet setting.
