"It's one of the big draws for people moving to Goffstown: the walkability and the strong community." Folks don’t have to travel far to pick up their groceries and other essentials, with Sully’s Superette at the corner of Mast Street and Route 13. For a morning cup of Joe, residents can stop by Apotheca Flowers, where they can enjoy their beverage while perusing the shops' shelves of decor and gifts. Village Tressel Tavern is the go-to spot for an evening drink or a quick bite, where patrons can enjoy menu items like chicken Philly sandwiches, flatbread and steak tips in a warm and casual atmosphere.

Detached single-family homes go for anywhere between $280,000 and more than $1.3 million, though the median sale price is about $540,000. Niche gives each of the area’s public schools a B-plus or higher overall grade and ranks Maple Avenue Elementary School in the top 15 public elementary schools in the Manchester area.
