Late summer has historically seen fireworks displays for homecoming celebrations on a barge right in front of the dock, and in the evenings, scents of campfires around the lake will soothe you as you gather around your own fire with friends and family. The windows are all 5-8 years old, and the interior has been upgraded over time and will be sure to delight. The shed in the back needs extensive work or removal. There is no wastewater disposal system and the town will require the new buyers to have one installed for building to be considered a camp.
