Treat the property and its contents with respect, as any damages will be charged to the guest. No mail can be delivered to the property due to security concerns. For security, surveillance cameras are installed in hallways, and a Minut device is placed in the unit to monitor noise levels. Guest verification is required before your stay, including providing a valid government-issued ID and completing verification through our portal to receive check-in instructions.
