The home is perfectly set up with ceiling fans and central heating to keep you cozy in any season, although air conditioning is not included. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds. Standard check-out is at 11 AM. A $100 fee applies for missing the check-out time. Guests may request a late check-out in advance for an additional fee, subject to availability and approval. Vehicles parked on the property must be in good condition and free of oil leaks. If a vehicle is found to be dripping oil on the property, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of removing stains and restoring the area.
With a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi, remote work is a breeze. A laptop computer is not included.
