Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and one bath: the first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds. The second living room on the first floor has a futon. The back patio, garage, and grilling area are accessible from the second living room. The galley kitchen loops back into the dining room.
The home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.

Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Only four cars are allowed at the house, with additional parking available at Publix two minutes away. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left.
