It has a paved driveway, sits up on a hillside where a much better view can be cleared if wanted, and is about 15 minutes from downtown Clayton for restaurants, shopping, etc. It has hardwood floors, kitchen appliances remain, almost new heat and air, a walk in tub, leafguard on the gutters. It aslo has a whole house generator. The floors need to be refinished and carpet needs to be replaced . This home is in a great location, only a couple minutes from Tallulah River, 6-8 minutes back down to Lake Burton, and only a minute or so from the USFS.
