He had the attic space made a closed system, removing outside venting and added a Lenox Merv 16 whole house air filtration system with additional UV filtration to ensure very clean and cold air in every room. Many air duct runs were added to make sure all rooms are comfortable all the time. All three guest bedrooms have new carpet and closet systems. One has a private bath and the other two share a Jack-n-Jill. I can't decide if the laundry room or the master suite are more exciting. The laundry room is knock-out gorgeous with a marble folding top and a shiny utility sink. (I know it is just a laundry room, but is it is awesome.) The master suite is lovely. The double trey ceiling features an inset of the same wood as the floor for a great effect. The white shiplap walls create a peaceful feeling, very welcoming. Although the master bedroom is not a huge room, once you enter the master bath, you are in for a treat. Carrara marble countertops at the coffee/wet bar and the 11ft double vanity. By this point, if you haven't noticed the faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms, go back and look again. High-quality and just gorgeous. And then we come to the claw-foot soaking tub in the romantic alcove. The petite crystal chandelier makes this a tub for a luxuriously long soak. His and her closets have built-ins, new carpet, and extra lighting. The "Her" closet has a built-in mirror and provides the perfect place to keep your treasures and get ready for the day. Plantation shutters and fresh paint make every room look and feel perfect. Lastly, the home has a stone rocking chair front Poarch and a back deck perfect for hosting BBQ and family events.
