We are renting our beautiful condo located in Jingletown - Oakland Estuary. The condo is 1,570 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half-bathroom, plus a living area, kitchen & dining area. It's a spacious condo. We (my husband and I) lived there for nearly 5 years and loved every bit of it. For the past 3 years, we have had only 1 renter who is moving out on May 10th, 2026.

We are looking to rent this unfurnished condo. Some details about the place:
The master bedroom has an attached massive master bathroom, a good-sized closet, and a balcony. The master bedroom is on the same floor as the kitchen, dining area, and half bathroom (and has good privacy). There are 2 rooms & 1 bathroom upstairs (10 steps or so). The condo has a two-car garage and plenty of street parking. Fruitvale and West Oakland BART stations are close by. Alameda downtown is a 5-minute drive.

The main attraction of this place is the beautiful marina just behind the complex (photos attached), where you can walk during sunset, sit and have a glass of wine, or have a small picnic. HOA is responsive, friendly, and attentive. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.

We would love to rent this place to a family who thinks of it as their own, is financially stable, and `preferably` looking for long-term accommodation. The place will be move-in ready by 15th May, 2026. Utilities + HOA are included. 1-month rent as a deposit. I also have a video of the place if you want to see it all.

Little about us:
We are both engineers working in the Menlo Park-Palo Alto area. We got this place 8 years ago. We moved to a bigger place because our parents moved in with us. We are still in Oakland (a 15-minute drive) and will be available if you need help.
