Enjoy a BRAND NEW HOME in SOLEIL WEST without having to visit a design center, because this home is barely lived in and still feels NEW. Some owners call their den a 4th bedroom by covering the glass French doors with curtains and adding an armoire as a closet. Why not? The beautiful Community Center with Card rooms, a Caterers Kitchen (all can be booked for your private party at no charge, by the way), Internet throughout, a Fitness Center, a Resort-style Heated Swimming Pool with lap lanes, a Bocce ball court, a dog park, and a covered Picnic area with grills. Pretty amazing to have all this AND JUST a $61 a month HOA charge. But the dozens of "coach homes" that front the single family section pay higher fees to enjoy these same amenities plus the full care of their exterior and roof. We (the listing agent owns a single family home here, too) love being able to walk to Starbucks, Publix, and Panera, and to be just about 3 miles to downtown Sarasota, 5 miles to UTC and Interstate 75, and the airport which is close...but you don't hear the planes. You CAN FENCE your yard, and you have to care for your own landscaping, and for the home's exterior. Some items still under warranty.
