Trapper’s Keep 1 is rented on individual leases. Security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent, with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Spectrum cable & internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $60 for water and electricity.
