About Heather

I'm a North Carolina native who came to Boone in 2004 to attend Appalachian State University, and it didn't take long for the High Country to feel like home. From the laid-back vibes to the endless opportunities to get outside, I fell in love with this community—and I've been here ever since.

Before real estate, I earned my master's degree in Renewable Energy Technology, which sparked my passion for sustainability, land conservation, energy-efficient homes, and quality construction. Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2021, I've enjoyed helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions. As a real estate investor myself, I understand the process from both sides of the transaction and love sharing that perspective with my clients.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outside. Whether I'm running local trails, skiing or snowboarding in the winter, or paddling our beautiful rivers, I love taking advantage of everything the High Country has to offer. Most of all, I enjoy exploring the mountains with my husband and our two kids.
