Is the cup half full or half empty? The half full is a three bed, bath and a half late Victorian house located on one third of an acre right next to the Neighborhood Guild with water and sewer, and natural gas. The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled. The dining room has hardwoods. The gas-fired direct vent heating system was installed just a few years ago. The three main downstairs rooms have bow windows. The half empty is that a burst pipe in December caused extensive water damage to half the house.
