But everyone should appreciate and value the oversized primary suite with it's own sitting area, large walk-in closet, and bathroom with separate shower and soaker tub. For those who want to have their home reflect their style, a $5,000 allowance for flooring & paint on the second level will give the new owners the ability to choose their finishes. And the unfinished basement with 9' ceilings and egress window is also plumbed for a full bath, and laid out in a smart way for more living space.
