Owner's Statement: Kiahs Cottage, as we call it, always seems to bring a sense of calmness as soon as we pull into the wonderfully private lot, surrounded by classic Cape landscaping complete with plenty of rhododendrons. We love waking up enjoying a cup of coffee on the back deck, listening to the birds chirp and the day coming to life. After breakfast, we'll often go a few minutes down the street to the private community beach on Spectacle Pond, set up a beach chair and towel, soak up the sun, and cool off with a dip jumping off the docks. Afterwards, we'll take a refreshing outdoor shower, fire up the grill for dinner, and wind down.
