The history of this house is glorious from 1830 to 1960 (latest addition) to today. The house still has its original charm with old doors, hardware and trim. You own 650 ft on the St. Joseph River with an easy walk down to the water. This section of the river has few public access points so you have the water to yourself from the Buchanan Dam to the Niles Dam. House needs help to bring it back to its pristine condition but there appear to be no major defects. Rte 31 a few hundred feet away can be a bit noisy during the day, but you will not hear the traffic inside the house and the trees block views of the highway and dim the noise. Unlike many really old homes, the living rooms in this house are spacious. Three bedrooms and two baths. Great river views.
