In 2016 the garage was converted to an attached in law suite with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and living area. That area has two mini splits for heat and air. The Town of Berlin will only allow short term rentals over 28 days if this is your primary residence. No Airbnb's are allowed in residential zoning. The back yard has a good sized shed 11'8" X 20' with a 2 year old roof and electric. Finishing out the outside is a small front screened in porch, blacktop driveway and concrete sidewalks. One shed has no value and the shed the farthest away from the house does not convey.
