Awesome unobstructed northly view from one of the highest floors at Spring Condos. Look straight out to the horizon! No direct sun, no noise, no obstructions! Sure you can buy lower floors in downtown hi-rises for less, but when you see this view you realize what it's like to be on the higher floors. Nothing like a view from the top. Literally a 180 degree view from horizon to horizon. More sq footage, with a better view, than most of the other downtown hi-rise 1/1's. There are only a very few downtown 1/1's with this vantage (advantage). If you are wanting to live the urban life style, go for it! Life is good at the top.

HOA dues are $349. Electricity is through HOA and uses City of Austin chilled water. Electric bill is very low, approx $10-20 per month that is added on to monthly bill.

All is in excellent condition. Unequaled walkability: Whole Foods, Starbucks, restaurants, entertainment. You can't get much better of a location in the downtown "market district".
