Built in 1954/55, it has the Modernist features/buzz words like butterfly roof, open floor plan, oversize windows--even some of the original Jalousie windows! The sunroom also has a cherry paneled ceiling with a skylight. Nicely sized kitchen has original cherry cabinetry and the original stand-alone copper vent hood. The range, oven and refrigerator were replaced in 2023, along with new tile floor and quartz countertops. The dishwasher is older but ''works better than any DW I've ever had,'' say the home owners! Two of the three bedrooms are ensuite and either could function as primary bedrooms. The hall guest bath and back bedroom bath were beautifully remodeled in 2024--note the extra large showers in the back and front bathrooms!
