The kitchen was completely renovated in 2017, New roof in 2018, New Gutter Leaf Guards in 2018, New HVAC in 2018, New water heater in 2019, New Central Vacuum system 2019, New storage shed in 2020. Seller just had the homes Logs professionally inspected and replaced as recommended just to make sure everything would be ready for the new home owner.
