Other improvements include a 720 sq ft metal building garage built in 2002 with concrete floors, electric roll-up doors, and RV hook-up and generator hook-up. Storage building that is 160 sq ft with a 128 sq ft covered front porch and A/C, heat, electric, and water to the building. Pump house that is 130 sq ft with a 4" well, chlorinator, and filter system. A 3,150 sq ft Morton barn built in 2002 is of the highest quality and contains a concrete floor, water, electricity, three electric bay doors, a generator hook-up, and a skinning room with a walk-in freezer for processing.

Legacy Ranch is currently being operated as both a recreational property with an established income-producing preserve.
