In 2015 I had the pleasure of representing the present owner in their purchase of 301 Emerald Lane. They purchased the home brand new and it is my opinion that the home looks better now than it did then. The owners started finishing the basement area by adding drywall. Other additions include motion-sensitive under-counter lighting in the kitchen, Bali window shades, water softener, light tube in the second-floor bathroom, stainless appliances, radon remediation system, high-efficiency gas heat and hot water, main floor master bedroom suite, main floor laundry, two-car garage with opener, and more. The home is very well kept and it shows.
