In September 2024, a new 2 ton air conditioner system was installed. Did we mention the 42-inch Samsung flat screen TV? Oh yes don't forget the espresso machine. There is also a utility shed where you can keep all your misc items. There is a monthly fee of $125 that covers water, sewer, garbage and lawn mowing.
