There is available access to all the Sun City Summerlin golf courses, community centers, pools, etc., for a small additional fee, please inquire about setting this up if you decide to rent the home.

Tenant pays all utilities, including water and trash, and cares for the yard. I generally ask for a deposit of 3 months worth of rent, two of which can be used as prepaid rent at the tail end of the lease. We may consider a smaller deposit for the perfect tenants!
