The bedroom offers a peaceful escape with stunning night views and plenty of natural light through large windows, complemented by warm wooden floors. The living room includes a sofa bed and chair with a coffee table and a 55” 4K HDR Smart TV with Netflix. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed with a luxury foam mattress, a walk-in closet, and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 features two queen-size beds, a work desk, and an office chair. The bathroom includes a shower and bath, sink, mirror, and toilet, along with towels and essential toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and sink with hot and cold water, as well as glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. A thorough cleaning is ensured after each stay to prioritize your health and safety.
Pets are allowed based on size, but notification in advance is required to avoid cancellation. There is an additional cleaning fee per pet: $25 per night for 1-4 nights, $200 total for 5-29 nights, and $300 total for 30+ nights.
Guests must be verified before their stay. To ensure security and meet legal requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirmation of contact information, and verification through our portal. Surveillance cameras are used in hallways and a Minut device in the unit to monitor noise.
