Living Room: The open concept floor plan allows the whole family to be together, whatever you may be doing. The living room offers comfortable seating with a pull out couch and a large flat-screen TV with access to sliders leading out to the lanai area.

Primary Bed & Bath: The spacious master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, desk and flat-screen TV with sliders that allow you to have a view of the pool and canal as you wake up each morning. The primary bathroom ensuite features a full bath with vanity.

Guest Bedrooms & Bathroom: The guest bedrooms offer queen size beds each with a flat-screen TV. The guest bedrooms share the second bathroom, which offers a single-sink vanity with tub/and shower combo.

Lanai/Pool/Dock: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool! The pool area is private and relaxing, making day or night outdoor lounging a bliss with a beautiful water views. The pool & spa features LED lighting allowing a perfect way to unwind in the evening . The spacious lanai offers an electric-heated salt water pool & spa with Eastern exposure. If a pizza night is in order than walk right out to the pool deck and a Pizza Oven is there ready to serve you up a mouth watering pizza of your choice! There is poolside dining with room for 6 guests, and additional seating around the pool. There are also chairs available at the dock.
BRING YOUR BOAT! The dock has power outlets and fresh-water available to clean your boat. The boat lift is rated for up to 12,000 lbs. It has a canopy cover and can accommodate up to a 32' boat. You can enjoy a direct access scenic boat ride to the river which takes about 10 minutes. The propane grill is available for you to use during your stay. Or simply enjoy the wonderful wildlife of different waterfowl and birds that are always playing in the water. Venture out and explore the waterways! .
