Sweet Camp with a huge living room and large eat-in-kitchen. Living room and bedroom faces the Basin, along with a 24' screened porch that walks out to the front porch. There is a bathroom with a shower, but if planning winter stops at this camp, you wont have to "unwinterize" for a bathroom facility since there is an outhouse! At the lake there is a nice sized wood burning sauna with Lake Superior Rock. The back of the camp (entrance) has a large cement slab outside and a 12'x16' shed. Choose how you would like to heat the camp; with the wood stove, wood burning fireplace, electric baseboard or propane wall unit. This camp has been maintained very well and has been a fantastic summer home for the sellers as well as for regular winter weekends. Road is considered seasonal, however, there are neighbors that live there year round, so getting in during the winter months should not be an issue at this time.
