Notes from the seller to the new home owners: 'Our house is not just a house, its truly been a home that we have put our heart and soul into with everything we have done to make this our dream home. The kitchen, where so many memories were made from making Christmas cookies with my grandchildren to preparing all our holiday meals, the openness of that space allows for plenty of guests or extra helping hands. The farmhouse kitchen sink was reclaimed from an old barn in Illinois and it the shinning piece of the kitchen with how deep and beautiful it is. The dining area is also a great space that is connected to the kitchen to make even more room for larger crowds or parties, this is where we have had both of my granddaughter's birthday parties since they were born! The bathroom includes a large deep tub that is a great place to relax and soak your cares away and has a great vanity with lots of storage. In the backyard and under our awesome covered porch is where a lot of our time is spent, especially when you want to experience an amazing sunset through our large trees that cast wonderful shade most of the year. The pool is extremely relaxing and a great time for any fun event or for any family time during the summer, all the equipment has been recently serviced and is in great shape for easy maintenance. Our girls enjoy the garden and greenhouse most of all in the summer and fall when they can watch plants grow and help me pick fresh vegetables from our raised beds, they also have learned to be our chicken catchers and egg grabbers as they love to pet and take care of our chickens that come with the home. The chickens are very docile and great egg layers, they are named after our granddaughter's favorite characters from Toy Story, Jesse, Bow-Peep and Billie. The extra workshop is handy with our previous business of wedding flowers but has also housed my side hobby of antiques and with the AC window units and the heater that comes with it'.
