Enjoy the above-ground pool, open until October 1st, though it is not heated. Enter through the front door using a digital keypad. The living room, furnished with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV, is to the right. The fully equipped kitchen features a generous island, ample counter space, and all major appliances. The open-concept dining room and second living space/sunroom include a large farm table for eight guests and a futon for extra sleeping space. The laundry room and half bathroom are off the dining space. The first bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, while upstairs, the first bedroom on the right has two full beds, the second bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and SmartTV, and the third bedroom has two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is also upstairs. Enjoy the pool, lounge chairs, and grill in the backyard. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service day.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary.
The home is located near the University of South Alabama. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for getting around.
The house features contact-free check-in via a digital door code, with the code provided upon check-in. Guests have full and private access to the home. The partner requires guests to be 21 years of age to book. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
