Enjoy the above-ground pool, open until October 1st, though it is not heated. Enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, the living room is to the right, and the staircase is to the left. The cozy living space is furnished with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. The fully equipped kitchen features a generous island, ample counter space, all major appliances, and essential cookware. The open-concept dining room and second living space/sunroom include a large farm table seating eight guests and a futon for extra sleeping space. Off the dining space are the laundry room and half bathroom. The home has four bedrooms: one downstairs with a queen bed and three upstairs, including a room with two full beds, a room with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and a room with two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is also upstairs. Outside, enjoy the pool, lounge chairs, and grill. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional charges apply for cleaning if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home.
The home is located near the University of South Alabama. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for getting around.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal. Guests must abide by all rules regarding the safe use of amenities, and by booking, waive any claims of liability against the homeowner or property management entity related to amenity use.
