Roof is black highlander asphalt shingles with ice and water shield underlayment, and gator skin.

Windows are Alslide windows from SBS.

8' x 16' garage door is installed, but doesn't have an opener, but can be used manually until opener is installed.

1250 Gallon septic tank is installed and was engineered. Nelson and Sons Dirt Co installed it. ( Ryan has the paperwork )

There are 2" steel piles installed in the back for a large deck off the living room and master bedroom. ( Covered in snow right now )

There is a gate at the driveway entrance that can be locked.

There are three abs lines ran from the house to the mother in law suite under the backfill in the garage, in order to run utilities to the suite.
