The property is located in a residential area, so keep noise to a minimum. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage or damage exceeding $300 per stay is not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Washcloths are not provided.
