It's really difficult to write a description when you are selling the place you and your wife have loved, called home and raised your children in since they were babies. We've made so many improvements since we purchased in 2007, ask for the complete list but if you are looking for a home like this we'd love for you to come see it. I tell my clients there is no such thing as a perfect home, but we think ours is pretty nice. All brick, two story, approx 3100SF of living space, walk out basement, very spacious owners suite, well above average kitchen w/36" Thermador gas range w/griddle, tile backsplash, Kitchen Aid wall oven and microwave, 42" Blue River custom Amish cabinetry w/light rail/under cabinet lighting, crown moulding, Blue Dunes/Thunder mountain granite countertops and tile backsplash. OUR FAVORITE THING IS OUR BACKYARD w/our gorgeous 16 x 30 inground pool we just had installed 2017. We had no intentions of selling this home and everything we've done has been for us. Well, ask us if you want to hear the story of how it happened and we'll be happy to share. NOTE: 4th BR is in the basement and has a closet and a full bath however there is no egress window, the BR isn't that big. There is def room to expand it if that's important to you.
