Enjoy cozy movie nights in the living room, complete with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and films. Savor meals together at the dining table, accommodating four guests comfortably with two benches. Kickstart your day with ease at our fully stocked coffee bar, ensuring your mornings are nothing short of delightful. The bathroom is your private sanctuary, fully stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Fresh towels complete the experience.
We love hosting longer stays and furry companions. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the space fresh. Bringing pets? There's a $120 per stay fee per pet. We can accommodate either one large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). Pets must be kenneled and house trained, and all pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home. Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.

The vibrant downtown location, while full of character, is subject to the ebb and flow of urban life, which includes foot traffic, road traffic, and a diverse community, including some homeless populations that are common in downtown areas. If you're comfortable with the lively atmosphere and occasional urban sounds, our welcoming neighborhood is the perfect fit for you. Must climb one flight of stairs to reach the apartment on the 2nd floor. Keyless access allows for self-check-in, and a Ring doorbell on the back entry provides security with video and audio recording. Pet fees must be paid within 1 hour of booking. Starter supplies are provided to help you settle in, including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. These items are intended to get you started, and any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
Remote workers can enjoy a dedicated workspace, complete with a desk and chair, high-speed wireless internet, and an ethernet connection. A laptop computer is not included.
