This house is just right and just enough. Set up on a little hill, bright yellow with a gorgeous blue door, it's the most welcoming home on the block. Make sure to check out the kitchen pictures. This great little redo makes for a very happy cook. I love a home with an entryway. The front entry is a sweet stained-glass door, hardwood floor (start your home style at the entry with a colorful mat for wet shoes) and coat closet. Side entry goes from the spacious off-street parking straight to the basement or up to the kitchen--so close for groceries! The door to the patio is a French door that can open up to double the opening. Once out to the patio, you're secluded by a privacy fence, that lends itself to sipping on a lovely beverage with your favorite music in the background. It may seem like a darling "little" yard until you discover approximately 1400 square feet more of fenced yard to the east of the patio/cornhole/garden/"whatever you would like it to be" portion. Big perk-metal roof installed in 2018. But I forgot about the basement-full with a painted floor, bright and open. The home being perched up high allows for a dry and useful basement. You nearly double the livable space. When I saw it, all I could think about was my 10 year old self grabbing my skates and record player and skating for hours. (For those that don't know, a "record player" was an ancient device used by humans to play sound off of shiny black discs.) Kitchen appliances remain. Wide angle lens was used to be able to appreciate the flow of the rooms.
