Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, with a $50/hour penalty if guests fail to check out by 10:30 AM. Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out. Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not worn throughout the inside of the unit.
