Early or late check-out is available upon request for a fee. Quiet hours are 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends. Charges apply for broken, stolen, or damaged property at the repair or replacement cost plus a 20% service fee. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150. The building does not allow packages or deliveries to be received or held on-site. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and any guests under 21 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 21 or older.
