Parking is available on the driveway and plenty of parking is also available on the street. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to undergo special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged. A Pack n' Play/High Chair is available upon request for $10 per night.

Port Norfolk, in particular, is a historic waterfront community within the larger Neponset neighborhood. 31 Train Street is 0.5 mile from the Red Line at the Shawmut stop.

Important House Rules will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including information about the property. Arrival instructions will be sent 3 days prior to arrival, containing a navigational application that guides directly to the property.
