The bathrooms include smart toilets and rain showers. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath, all three bedrooms offer queen-size beds, and a private porch enclosed with glass walls perfect for watching the sunset. The living room offers a sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests, and the in-unit laundry makes this the ideal place to call home during your stay in our beautiful city. You will love the abundance of light, sun, and magnificent views of the Boston skyline and sunsets. This is a very spacious apartment in a three-story building.
Parking is available on the driveway and plenty of parking is also available on the street. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to undergo special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. A Pack n' Play and High Chair is available upon request for $10 per night.
The Neponset - Port Norfolk neighborhood is located in the Dorchester area of Boston, Massachusetts. Situated along the Neponset River, it is known for its waterfront views and access to recreational activities. The neighborhood features a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial areas, with a focus on waterfront development and conservation efforts. Port Norfolk, in particular, is a historic waterfront community within the larger Neponset neighborhood. 31 Train Street is 0.5 mile from the Red Line at the Shawmut stop.
After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will outline the basic house rules. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, parking tickets, vandalism, and towing fees. Be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood. This is a great place for large families or groups, but not the place for loud or rowdy parties. There is a $100 lockout fee. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, it will include information about the property. Three days prior to arrival we will send arrival instructions which contains a navigational application that guides directly to the property.
