Pets are allowed based on size with a cleaning fee per pet as follows: $25 per night for 1-4 nights, $200 total for 5-29 nights, and $300 total for 30+ nights.
Guest verification is required before check-in, including a government-issued photo ID and confirmation of contact details. In some cases, a criminal background check may be required. All guests must sign a rental agreement upon reservation approval, which includes compliance with rental terms and conditions and completion of our verification process to receive check-in details. Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking or 1 hour for same-day reservations. Failure to meet verification requirements may result in cancellation. For security purposes, the property features hallway surveillance cameras and a Minut device for noise monitoring inside the unit.
