About Stuart Mesa - Military Housing
Serving Active Duty, Retirees, Department of Defense employees, and Veterans, the Stuart Mesa Community is located on base, just a mile from the front gate of Camp Pendleton and Interstate 5, and a few miles from the famed Del Mar Beach and Oceanside Pier. The Stuart Mesa Community includes townhome-style, two, three, four, or five bedroom homes.
