It's probably the most inexpensive, best deal around on a small home. Also, check out the yard, with tall green trees, room for boat, camper, trailer etc., and room to play. The storage shed, and 10x20 workshop stay too! Now, please read the rest. At the moment, the long time tenant of 5 years is moving and asked that the showings be limited for the next 2 weeks as they are packing up. They just asked for some courtesy if it was listed before the end of the month, and that's a fair request. Can you drive by? Sure! Can it be shown? Probably, but I can't guarantee when yet, and the Showing Time button will not confirm so you will need to call the agent so he can address the tenant for times.
