Nice and bright with vinyl windows throughout. The large living room with the west facing window welcomes those wonderful breezes that keep us cool in the South Bay. I lovely private patio with two sliders allow a lot of natural light into the unit. The unit does have a washer hookup, but no dryer exhaust vent. (Currently blowing into nylons!) This we be something that the new owner will need to correct. The complex has 88 total units, but only 44 per building. The pool offers a wonderful mini vacation after the day is done. Great Torrance school- Hickory, Madrona and Torrance High. This is a CoOp, so there are some different buyer and lender requirements/rules. Buyer's must put at least 20% down and there are only two lenders that will make loans on CoOps in CA. Chase and NCB and all pre-approval letters must come from one of those lenders. And taxes are collected by the CoOp every month, instead of being paid to the lender. Cable, trash, outside maintenance and water is included in the main HOA fees, (does not include the taxes).
