A built-up deck has an above ground hot tub with additional seating space and is enclosed by a screened frame. If a pool is on the wish list, this home has more than enough room to add and have yard beyond. To enjoy the outdoors without the heat and to add more additional space for living, a “sun room” was added and would be a great office, additional living area or play area for the kids. With the 3 additional bedrooms on the opposite end of the house, privacy is at an optimum. The inside laundry is a great convenience with direct access to the garage. The window replacement a few years back definitely made a difference with energy savings and aesthetics.
