If the above minimum requirements are met, and rental application is acceptable to Owner upon review, and prospective tenants pass background/credit check, a viewing may be scheduled. Adult family members that will be on the lease are permitted to combine income to reach three times the monthly rent. If non-family members/friends, income at two times the monthly rent required per tenant. Grounds upon which application may be denied are: (1) criminal history; (2) previous rental history; (3) current income; (4) credit history; or (5) failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form.
