Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed, and exterior video surveillance may be used to monitor activity. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. The home is near the highway and North High Street, so there may be noise from the busy street, but there is a white noise machine in every room.
