The garage is not accessible to guests and is for use by the owner for storage of personal belongings. Guests have full access to the home with the exception of access to 3 closets and the 2-car garage. Parking is in the driveway, in front of the home, and on the street. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use, and if you are caught using the fireplace, you will be fined $500. There is a noise policy in place: guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; violating this rule will result in police being called and immediate termination of the contract.
